Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard will be here in just over a weeks time, and it is finally ready to roar. Leopard is a substantial release, and anyone who thinks differently is not looking deep enough when it comes to the operating systems 300+ new features. Sure the next version of Mac OS X touts such superficial improvements as a new visual theme for the Dock, Menubar, and Finder, but it also offers more mature versions of many of the technologies previous versions of Mac OS X first introduced. Features such as full 64 bit support, Core Animation, full ACL support, Spotlight 2.0, and Automator Recording have all been refined and are much more capable.
